This is our mission statement and we work very hard to ensure we meet this goal.
Anyone coming to the home can choose the service they require. All services are flexible to meet the needs of each individual person.
We provide the following:

OUR SERVICES

TRIAL VISITS

Prospective residents and their relatives and friends have an opportunity to visit and assess the quality, facilities and suitability of the home.

DAY CARE

This can be for any period of time (over two hours) from 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. seven days a week. Throughout the day we provide any personal care, meals, activities, and entertainment to meet the needs of the individual.

PERMANENT CARE

For people who no longer wish to or are unable to live independently.

RESPITE CARE

This can be flexible, a short stay or a longer stay. People have a respite stay for many reasons e.g. a holiday, to give their carers a break or recover from an illness (that does not require nursing).

Due to our high levels of staff we are able to offer outings, activities, manicures, games and cookery. Professional entertainers perform weekly. A hair dresser, chiropodist, dentist and optician all visit regularly.
Depending on the needs of the Residents and obviously the weather, we organize outings. These are primarily small groups going into town for a cup of tea and a cake followed by a stroll around the shops or along the seafront.
We understand that meal times are a significant part of a Resident’s daily routine and we place great emphasis on the their importance. Meals are freshly cooked on the premises using as much fresh local produce as is possible. There is always a choice of menu and special diets can be catered for, whether these are medically advised, of religious, cultural, philosophical significance or the result of a strong preference. In addition, we provide special Birthday Teas, freshly baked cakes and Sunday roasts with sherry.
We strive to offer visitors a warm welcome and a drink and endeavour to make your visit as pleasurable as possible with emphasis on customer service.
